RESULT: Prepatch failed 2. Running the game in Admin mode from PlugY shortcut does not load my single player toons, but will if I start in normal mode. Stash, inventory, skill point are all as if PlugY was not installed. Can anyone here tell me whats going on?

Yes, hi, I'm using 3rd party software that goes against the ToS--I am a cheater, and I was wondering why I can't download the latest patch that helps prevent cheaters like me? Endugu, as far as I know the software is not against ToS. At least from what I read, as long as you're playing single player mode it's a go.
